    It appears that I have reinstated my website and getting back to blogging, which sometimes will be accompanied with some vlogging, so let us see how this journey is going to be right? I took a much needed time off from being in the forefront and the public eye because, for years I have felt wounded, but kept going which made my wounds worse. I pray this word finds you in good health, and the I pray this word finds you in good health, and the Lord speaks to you and reveals to you what is meant for you. We live in a world that has normalised making people feel and think that they cannot do certain or most things accompanied with a plethora of reasons as to why. But the truth is, these are worldly limitations, with a fleshly perspective, a perspective designed by the enemy to impose doubt, and fear, so much so, when one is limited and is not able to utilise their full God given potential, but sees others that can, it births envy, and jealousy. God the Father is the creator, the Alpha and the Omega, He is omnipotent and omnipresent, He is time and He is love, He is not man that He can lie; He is infallible. Nothing is impossible with Him through Christ Jesus our saviour. If you believe and you seek Him fervently, He will make the impossible, possible in accordance to His will for your life; for every good and perfect gift comes from God. Matthew 5:16 says "In the same way, let your light Matthew 5:16 says "In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." often misconstrued as to meaning that through one's own good work is what makes them good. But the Bible says "And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God." Mark 10:18. According to scripture, there is no amount of good you can do that will amount to God's standards of good, that is why you need Jesus. Happy 56th Independence to my fellow countrymen an Happy 56th Independence to my fellow countrymen and women. Our independence means we are free to make informed and wise decisions for the protection and continued liberty of our people. We as a nation both in Zambian and the diaspora have a responsibility to represent mother Zambia with dignity, and integrity. And as we continue to fly our flag up high, let us remember our forefathers who fought, shed blood, and died for our freedom so that we could be free from colonial rule. Our duty as Zambians, 58 years into freedom, is to continue to inspire, and encourage the coming generation to carry the torch that our forefathers left for us. What we have in our hands is a legacy that many cannot speak of; a country never war torn by civil wars, that houses one of the 7 wonders of the world the great Mosi-O-Tunya, and so much more in agriculture, mining and education with a rich culture that stretches across 72 tribes. As we develop, let us develop in togetherness and understanding of the meaning of charity beginning at home; for as we fly the flag for the world to see, let us always remember our people and build foundations with and for our people that will create a firm infrastructure for our country, and create employment through education and training. There is so much power in praise and worship. As w There is so much power in praise and worship. As well as praying, fasting and meditating on the Word; praise and worship has major significance for the Kingdom. Whilst we are on this earth it has a great impact on our wellbeing and day to day living as it draws us nearer to God and ruffles the feathers of the enemy. One example is what happened to Paul and Silas when they were imprisoned. ---------------- Acts 16:23-36 23 And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into prison, charging the jailor to keep them safely: 24 Who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks. 25 And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. 26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed. 27 And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled. 28 But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for we are all here. 29 Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas, 30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? 31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. 32 And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house. 33 And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway. 34 And when he had brought them into his house, he set meat before them, and rejoiced, believing in God with all his house. 35 And when it was day, the magistrates sent the serjeants, saying, Let those men go. 36 And the keeper of the prison told this saying to Paul, The magistrates have sent to let you go: now therefore depart, and go in peace. ---------------- #JesusIsLord #Believer #BornAgain #SavedByGrace #Jeus #God #HolySpirit #Praise #Worship
When people think about Christians, they visualise When people think about Christians, they visualise people who they expect to "act perfect" or "act holier than thou" because of the Biblical standards we choose to maintain and develop. They forget that although we are Christians we are human also, therefore we are capable of faulting just like anyone else. With that said, being a true believer in Christ Jesus also means that we accept our imperfections not as a means to be used as an excuse for having bad character or behaviour; but as a reason why we look to Jesus for His perfection, and the Holy Spirit for the renewal of our minds. It is because of this unconditional love that we find, the more we build our relationship with Him the less we entertain negative things, spaces or people, not for lack of patience but because of obedience to God. It is because of this unconditional love that we look to be more like Him; God's unconditional love for us, reminds us of how valuable we are to Him. This value is placed in our hearts as we are transformed by the Holy Spirit, for He reminds us everyday that we are loved. So if God set our value to priceless, why would we want to devalue ourselves by not practicing restraint? By lowering our Biblical standards. Why should we stick around a situation or territory that devalues who and what we stand for? We turn the other cheek because we are reminded of who we are, and what we are here to represent. We represent a God of love, integrity, and compassion; and we walk away not because of pride, but because of humility through our obedience to God. The more you develop your relationship with Jesus, the more you will find your standards shifting to be less of what is expected of you by the world, and more in alignment with God's will for your life. So the choice is yours as to whether you are willing to compromise your standards at the expense of your walk with Christ Jesus. --------------- And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
